They open up at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only around our area but we arrived 10mins late thanks to elevator visitors. I was not knowledgeable which they now cancelled my reservation and given my timeslot to another all at once.Over-all, I wouldn't endorse this spa to others, because the cancellation all of sudden was really unprofessional and brought about me loads of inconvenience.
